Don’t get me wrong,if the gals want to play and do their thing more power to them. If it ever becomes good I’ll even watch it. But the way the bbc report it and present it is as if it’s top tier and we should all be paying attention is cringe inducing.

FAO the beeb, the quality of the play is about league two level in the mens game i.e shite and no one cares except for Local fans and even they acknowledge how shit it is and lol about it.

That's sort of my point. If iit has an audience then great and I don't have any problems with that. It's just the way present it as if its as popular as men's which it just isn't. If it gets that way then good but is not there yet

Womens football is here to stay and will get more popular in our lifetime. I don't watch it, but I don't watch The One Show either.

The problem the BBC has is that it has to appeal to everyone. If they get rid of the TV Licence and it turns into ITV it will be a travesty.

Bit off topic but got a letter off the TV License yesterday and it's starting to fucking annoy me, it's basically harassment at this point. I canceled it ages ago, I don't use or watch any of your shite content. If they carry on I'm going to threaten them with a solicitor.

I feel the need to reiterate, I have no issue with women playing, I hope it gets as good as mens footy because it means more quality footy for all of us to enjoy. My issue is with the bbc acting like something it’s not supposed to be,

@josh, fuck em, don’t get intimidated, they can’t do shit. Plenty of my customers don’t pay as they don’t use it either. They get the letters, people waiting outside their house etc but they have zero power. Just don’t let them on your property or tell them anything. It’s not compulsory to buy their product and it’s arrogant and assumptive of them to think that everyone uses their services.
