Not the same. Garlic Phiily is lovely.
Re: Eating clean
I don’t disagree. But there’s a reason for it.

A lovely big bowl of pasta covered in pesto to compliment all my hard work today.

I had a brief look at that, but I'm not sure about it.

Re: Eating clean
Yeah I made sure I looked up non sponsored reviews and it's mostly positive. My issue with eating healthily is never feeling full, every healthy stuff I've tried just doesn't fill me up.
I won't be drinking the liquid stuff by the way. They do a range where it's hot food, pastas ect. No chance I could live off a liquid meal.

Re: Eating clean
I don't think it'll do you any harm. Drinking plenty of water can help fill you up. Eggs are good for that too.
You might piss the bed though.

Re: Eating clean
Never been tempted by Huel myself. I’m sure it’s fine but you pay for the marketing.
Rice, new potatoes, steak, chicken breast, salmon, tuna etc and just experiment with herbs and spices. Filling and tasty if you do it right. Break the addictive mindset to greasy fast food, it can be done. See that stuff as as treat rather than the norm.

Re: Eating clean
Eggs as well. I eat about 6 eggs a day. Nutritious, filling. Cheap and easy like Dave’s mum.

Re: Eating clean
I bloody love eggs. Sometimes I've eaten too many in a week and my Friday morning poo put up quite the fight.

My go to is rice. I could live off rice on its own tbf.
Starting that Huel today, got a massive hangover though so I'm not really hungry. I'll keep you updated as I go along.

Re: Eating clean
Tesco started doing turkey thigh mince. I just cooked some up with onion, garlic, chopped tomato and rice. Bloody lovely. Healthy too.
Re: Eating clean
Spiced it up with some chipotle chilli powder too. And spinach to give it texture.

Re: Eating clean
I ate and drank so much shit yesterday, I had a terrible nights sleep because of it. Still not hungry now.
Got to behave myself this week.

Re: Eating clean
This Huel is decent but on the meals that doesn't include pasta I'm going to have to add some rice. They all have a distinctive taste that I'm not a fan of though and I can't explain it, I think it's coconut extract or something but every meal has it.

I've had a cheeseburger off the sandwich van at work every day this week. They're not even very nice.

Re: Eating clean
Right. Getting back to eating well this week as the hot weather saw me eating some shite.
Although tonight I had garlic chilli prawns, chucked in a lot of onions, and added pasta with pesto on it. Sounds like a right mess, but it was actually lovely.

Re: Eating clean
Not unhealthy at all really. I'll be doing it again in a few days.
