First morning in the gym for three weeks.

I'm guessing the schools have just broken up as the gym is full of noobs with floppy fringes.

Watched turned up and looks fine, but the Samsung app appears to be fucking shit.

Haven't warn this watch in two months. Fucking tell was too judgemental. Could do an hours walking and an hour in the gym before I'd even got to work, and if I sat at my desk for an hour, which is easy to do, it was telling me to go for a walk. And when I did get up for a piss, it would say well done. Fuck off.

Walked eight miles or so into work today. Might have been less actually. Not done that in three years, and my legs are aching a bit.

I only done this as we're going out on the piss tonight thoguh.

Signed up for another thirty odd miles bike ride next month. I've not been out on it since the last one. Still has the race number on the front.

Been on the exercise bike in the gym a bit, but it isn't the same.

30 Mile bike ride has been called off due to not enough participants

This does mean I can watch the derby in the pub tomorrow though.

Well it's 32 miles.

It's not really on a bike. I done one earlier this year. I said on here that i used to turn my nose up at such a distance as it too easy hungover as fuck.

It's not been a good couple of years for me fitness wise though.

Yeah, I know. When I cycled to work, that was 20 miles a day, so if I was doing that 3-4 times a week, 30 miles was a peice of piss.

Not been doing that though, so it's more difficult.

Signed up to do the London to Brighton bike ride again this year

It's not the official one that's in June luckily, so I have a chance of being fit enough in September.

Last done it eleven years ago.
