This is because he was metting a woman, that is not his wife, at the top of my road.

I found out recently that a mate of twenty years whose pregnant mrs recently left him was cheating on him. So the kid may not be his yet she is making out he is the dad. Wtf do I do here, do I tell him? Do I let things be? I really don’t want to insert myself into the situation.

But the point is yeah people are cunts. No idea how they live like that.

My thoughts exactly. Though I see him every work day and she is due to drop any time now and its difficult seeing him go through the birth stresses when it may not even be his kid.

I thought of putting an anonymous note through his door saying maybe he should get a paternity test or something but I just don’t know.

But, is the kid his or not will be for the woman to work out. Very hard to mask these things

How did you find out she was cheating?

I went to a gig the other week with a mate from my old office. When we were chatting about people we knew way back and his name came up he told me he knew someone who was banging her. He knew enough details that it can’t not be true.

I've really been smashing it lately

My sleep patterns are even starting to change now I've more energy - I used nap for an hour when came home from work and I've stopped now.
My body telling me to get up and make better use of the time in the gym.

I'm also losing appetite particularly round dinner time.

Losing appetite is odd for me. The more I exercise the more I want to eat.

Although I now haven't been round the gym for a week and a half. Will start again Tuesday.

I had a good gym sesh before work ( up at 4am ) and was out slogging away in the hot sun all morning so I too have just cracked a sweet cold ipa

You can't get in your gym that early though can you?

I'm quite pissed off mine doesn't open until half six. There's a 24 hour one opening, but it'll be a good 15 miles or so from me.
