Porch back to Spurs. Why would either party want this?

Congratulations to Manchester United
The only team to be knocked out of the Champions league , Europa league and European super league all in the same season

Re: The weekend scores thread(Football Thread)
Who would you prefer to win tonight?
I really can't make my mind up. I don't really care either, but there's something wrong with English football at the moment in that there isn't anyone particulally dispicble, like a Costa/Suarez/Drogba/Ronaldo type to hate.
I'm indifferent to Chelsea for the first time in decades.

Although it's good to see Brentford winning at the moment after losing their last nine play off matches.
Re: The weekend scores thread(Football Thread)
Rather Chelsea tbh
Don’t want city getting the double, plus as you say Chelsea aren’t as hateable as they used to be.

Didn't want either team to win but it's coming.Worried about what Chelsea are going to be like next season. Their squad is really good and has the potential to push on for the next 5 years. Great appointment in Tuchel, he'll get the squad firing.

Eh?I never even realized there were opening ceremonies for the cl final.
Re: The weekend scores thread(Football Thread)
We’ll never get to hear it but I would love to know what Jurgen made of Pep starting that without a defensive midfielder to protect the defence.
Chelsea played a blinder no doubt but that just played into their hands. Pep disjointed his own team in the biggest match of the season, he has to take a huge chunk of the blame.
So glad City didn’t win the double.
Gonna be a fascinating premier league next season.

I can't see there being a 90 point winner next season. Too many teams can take points off each other.
I am a bit worried about us, but to finish third after that season, maybe I shouldn't be.
