Re: Dub builds on
Really sound.
Got to give us a pic of you holding a pint watching a match next though.
When it's all plumbed in of course.

Re: Dub builds on
It's finished - ish
I brought in the washer & drier (from the plastic bin stores I was using temporarily) and plumbed them in tonight - but now I want to put a counter top over them,
I brought in the deep freezer - but plan to get an American fridge freezer to replace this in January
I'm planning on getting a corner unit sofa to replace the 3+2 leather I've had the last 12 years. Realistically this will be January too.
So I'll be moving the 3+2 in for now, moving these and the wall mounted tv in one night (while also wanting to watch the ucl) will be a chore so I'm leaving it until Thursday.
The wife bought drapes - essential for heat retention this time of year but they are 6 inches too long and need to be taken in, any heaters I put in the room until I get these is pissing out the window. Again Thursday I'm hoping to have these.
Back garden is full of shit I need to skip, both from the build and shit from the garden shed. If I order a skip while I'm at work the neighbours would have it full by the time I got home - so I'm ordering it for Friday afternoon.
Tomorrow I've to visit one of the plants in Tipperary (2h45 each way) so the day is a right off

Re: Dub builds on
Small furnishings required and I'm replacing that electric heater with something more efficient - I won't lie I've run out of money now without dipping into my shares.
First beer had in it tonight
Delighted with it tbh

Re: Dub builds on
Kind of finished.
I've brought the washing machine and dryer in from the shed into the utility area just off the kitchen and I need to put a counter top over them to extend the kitchen space. I may do a full kitchen refurb if money is right.
I took delivery of an American fridge freezer yesterday, something we would never had room for before, I have a small under counter fridge (now a beer fridge) and the freezer was out in the shed.
Outside is a mess. It may be the constant bad weather but the garden is just mud. No matter how much you wipe your shoes you end up dragging in mud.
So I need to restore the patio, I need a few bits to do this that I could have bought and done while I was isolating but fuck it I'll get them in work for free and the weather is too bad to get them done anyway.
The gutter I fitted is about a foot too short, youd be amazed the amount of water misses the gutter/drain because of this. That needs to be fixed.
And the outside needs to be painted.
