No. I'm going to try and lay off it for a couple of weeks. I was meant to use this time to get right back into the cycling. Should still have two weeks off, so I could have, but that's all gone tits up now. Might start cycling into work next week. That's a twenty mile round trip

Because I must have got in and out of that van 100 time syesterday and it's done something to my back. And I'm sick of it at the moment anyway, you try and do your bit and they just keep fucking you over. So fuck it.

Haven't splet a wink all week. Feel like shit, so I got up this morning and was out on the bike at 5:45 and done 26 miles.

Feel even worse now.

Today I have made my own beer from scratch for the first time, no kits, just grain and hops and water and yeast. It's hard work but so very satisfying. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Its strange to think that I've created a beer which is completely unique. I made my own recipe rather than follow someone else's. Should be a nice easy drinking pale ale, about 5%.
