I've been having a shit time for over a year now. If I'm pissed up, I sleep like a baby, which means I only get six nights good sleep a week.
I have to say I find camomile tea helps, and a few months back my mum bought my a small jar of lavender and told me to put some on my pillow at night. Thought it was horseshit, but I have to say I do find that helps as well.
Strangely if I'm worn out from work or exercise it gets even worse somehow.
Any tips?

Can’t remember a time I ever did tbh some nights I’d only get 2/3 hours

I really would recommend lavinder if you haven't tried it. I was very skeptical, but it seems to help.
