What's your view on wife swapping?
For obvious reasons, a lot of Liverpool fans will be against it. I have to say I think it would work though.
I think it was the right thing to do at the time, but the way matches are run these days, and the fact you wouldn't be caged in, would mean it is a lot safer. Already works in Europe.

Re: What's your view on safe standing?
Everyone stands on the Kop anyway
it’s the same with my ROI season tickets, we are the “singing section” the hardcore to put a label on it. We’ve had a fair few old blokes and small kids beside us over the years who can’t handle it but then that’s what happens with touted tickets.
There’s always going to be “best dad in world” types that brings their young kid to his 1st game on the Kop and there will always be some cunt who sells his tickets regardless of the buyer.
I guess what I’m saying is if ticketing is policed 100% then I’d have no problem with it

No need for standing anyomore. Seated Fans will stand if they want but will have a safe surrounding. Standing only will mean more people being let in. It’s not broke .

I’d like to know how many more people get in?
If it’s only a 100 or 200 in a 10k stand it’s hardly worth it

I don't recall a mention of more tickets being made available. Could have been, but I must have missed it. Like I say, you wouldn't be behind a caged fence anymore, so people can get straight onto the pitch if there starts to be a crush. I thought the idea of standing was just to make it a better atmosphere. Most of the matches I have been to pretty much everyone has been seated. The only place I've stood is at Gillingham, which is a fairly small ground and I was at the back. I much prefer standing.

Yeah I prefer standing
I also value comfort that comes with the price of the ticket, personal space - jumping about and hugging some random cunt during a goal is great but I couldn’t be crammed in beside smokers, hotdog breath or idiots/plastics who haven’t a notion.

Are you still allowed to smoke in Irish grounds?
Re: What's your view on safe standing?
I stood on the Kop before the law came in. Seriously it wasn’t that pleasant of an experience. Hate to say it but it was always was so full to the point that if you wanted a piss it was an abusive trek trying to get to the bog. That’s the reason people used to piss on the pillars , so it stank really badly. I’ve youn ended having to stand close to a pillar you ended up with the piss of a hundred scoucers splashed on you Wranglers. Not saying that this would happen now but that was my experiences of standing only .

Never had to experience that, but it would seem to be different now if the copy they German model. I don't think the entire ground will be standing either. Just some sections.

So you're saying yes?

No - was actually being an arse trying to change the title of the thread and that reply suddenly happened . Although it worked on that post.
