I'm just watching that Make Us Dream thing about Gerrard on Amazon. Imagine if we had Gerrard in his prime in this current side :poundit:

I've enjoyed it. Really well put together, without being too grovelly.

talking of Gerrard, I got his second book as a birthday present and quite enjoyed and yearningly sighed at a few paragraphs in the first chapter. Learned a few things about the Suarez situation I wasnt entirely aware of too. Anyone else read it?

I was given by a workmate after his mum died as she was a big Gerrard fan, but to my shame, I'm pretty sure it's floating around under the car seats. I don't think he'd be too happy if he found out.

refused to read his first as he was still playing, but quite keen on this one. My brother desperately tried to get it signed when Rangers were in Vienna. In vain, of course.

Fair play for the fan for staying on so long there. If a Liverpool fan done that at Old Trafford, I'd love it.

I remember a few years back we were linked with that Mkhytarian when he was at Dortmund, it was meant to be a show of intent if we could land a player of his calibre.

Dodged a bullet there lads, he's complete pony :icon_lol:

Oh Garth

Fabinho: This player has become a far more important addition to the Liverpool set-up than I first realised.

The Brazilian enforcer looks better at centre-back than he does in midfield. At least that's how it appeared against a Brighton side who made life difficult for the league leaders but struggled to really hurt them.

When there was the slightest threat, Fabinho snuffed it out. His positioning throughout the match was quite impressive. Any more displays like that and Dejan Lovren might have to start looking for new employers.

Did you know? Liverpool are unbeaten in the nine Premier League games that Fabinho has started this season (W8 D1), with the team scoring 23 goals and conceding just four in return.

Jubbers.
Having lost to Manchester City in their previous league fixture, Liverpool needed a response and got one. We need not have worried. The following shows the last time that each member of the top six lost consecutive league matches:

Manchester City – One month

Tottenham – Four months

Manchester United – Five months

Arsenal – Five months.

Chelsea – ten months.

Liverpool – 40 months.

Liverpool have never done so under Klopp. That’s quite a record.

I know. It's in reference to not signing players. Montoya was heavily linked and there was a bit of a buzz around hime.
