This really got to me. First manager i actively and regularly watched, brought Gerrard through the ranks, won trophies. That night against Alaves will always be a very dear memory.

Agreed, I wasn’t a big fan at first as I liked and felt loyalty to Roy Evans but his qualities as a manager and his personality soon changed that. I saw him in that documentary about the title win and you can tell how much he genuinely loved it.This really got to me. First manager i actively and regularly watched, brought Gerrard through the ranks, won trophies. That night against Alaves will always be a very dear memory.

He was manager when I was at that age where I was old enough to start getting into football. I genuinely love the man.

I wish they‘d show it on LFCTV Go or something.
