He did have me swearing at the telly, but what a big game player. And like you say. He was a good bloke. A ruddy bloody good bloke.

I'll never forget his performance against Chelsea in one of the CL semi finals we played against them.

Gr8 bloody bloke. Nice and ugly which was good, they cant be good looking and rich...thats being greedy.

I think it was when he left us I realised how much we missed him and he looked really good for Holland...I think it was at the Euros. He was immense. His lack of pace was a weak point but he loved the club, always but a shift in and had that big game winning mentality.

Just seen this top 5 goals for Kuyt, I'd forgotten about the shot of Suarez going absolutely mental when Dirk scored against Utd - that was post Evra incident.
