It's not that he's just improved. He's actually looked pretty good.

What do we think now then? He was fucking terrible at the start of the season, and those first couple of games when he came back were even worse, but since then, he's pulled off some really great saves. Easily his best form playing for us.
I wouldn't look to replace him in the summer.

Is he a contender for the Golden Gloloves or something? wtf, fair play to the bad bellend.
Not replace but we need strong back up, somebody old and good like Friedel. Brad Jones as a No 2 is a disgrace.

Begovic would be a replacement. They wanted 15 million for him, which even put City off. He is good though.

Really? Not seen him this season but he had a couple of crackers before that. I remember him against us in one match and he was outstanding.
I think he is in the last year of his contract, so maybe he's cheap. Pretty much anyone is an upgrade on Jones.

Brendan Rodgers has hailed “outstanding” Simon Mignolet after the Liverpool ‘keeper recorded another clean sheet this weekend.
The Belgian’s shutout at West Bromwich Albion on Saturday was his 14th in the league this season, and moves him to the top of the Premier League’s ‘Golden Glove’ table. Mignolet is in line to become the first Liverpool stopper to win the award since Pepe Reina in 2008.
It is all a far cry from earlier in the season, when the £9m man was dropped “indefinitely” by Rodgers after a string of wobbly performances. Only an injury to Brad Jones, his deputy, allowed him to regain his place in the side, but he has gone from strength to strength since.

Keep hearing this but you'd have to question why. The lad tends to think that if you dive the opposite direction to where the ball is going he has more of a chance of saving it

But why? Plz don't do this Jurgen
Liverpool are close to rewarding goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with a new contract, according to Sky sources.
The 27-year-old has come under fire this season after a number of errors, but the Belgium international looks set to sign a new deal that will keep him at Anfield to 2020.
