RE: Coutinho
Sure players will leave, others will come but I don't get all that paranoia about our best players set to leave at the first opportunity.
If we want to keep the likes of Coutinho it's all in our own hands.

RE: Coutinho
He seems more than happy here for the moment. And it is just a good run. He's not always looked as good as he has. Although it's been a good few months of it overall. Looks like he's going to be our player of the season.
And to top it all off, he doesn't seem to be an absolute cunt.

Nahh look at Chelsea, none of their players are ever poached really are they, I've seen it time and time again when our best players are poached and it's almost a state of limbo, a constant state of rebuilding.Sure players will leave, others will come but I don't get all that paranoia about our best players set to leave at the first opportunity.
If we want to keep the likes of Coutinho it's all in our own hands.
It's not paranoia, it's a fact that our best players in recent times bar Gerrard, Carra, Sami(some others I've forgotten) have all left.

Rats leaving the ship. If we're contesting for things, then players will stay.
I do hate the fact that in recent years Barca and Madrid have had their pick of players though. They ruin half of them, so I'm not sure what the attraction is.

Crutchinho
Liverpool have been handed a boost after learning star man Philippe Coutinho will only be out of action for five to six weeks.
The verdict has come back on the Brazilian's ankle injury and things are not as bad as first feared.
Tests have revealed the play-maker will not require surgery, and could be set to return in time for Liverpool's crunch encounter with Manchester United in mid January.

Re: Coutinho
Some shit coming out of a Spanish paper. About him being only hours away from signing. The same article says that the final bid will be £81 million...and if that's the case they can look to pursue other targets. You'd be looking at 90 mill at least in the current market.
Spanish lad at work has read the story and come in this morning, read that article and taken it as gospel he goes "Sorry about Coutinho"

Re: Coutinho
Spanish papers seem to have a lot to say. I take encouragement from the fact that Coutinho and LFC have basically said fuck all.

Re: Coutinho
I've been getting that. People that I would normally think half normal keep saying the things I've already read back to me as it's now all official.

Re: Coutinho
Duncan Castles has now reported on how Coutinho isn’t working very hard at Liverpool right now:
Yahoo Sport understands that Coutinho has twice asked to be allowed to join Barcelona in direct discussions with Klopp. According to Liverpool sources, the 25-year-old has prepared poorly for a competitive campaign which begins on Saturday at Watford.
“Coutinho is doing little in training,” said one source. “He wants to ensure he gets his move.”

Hes looked great and really happy during pre season.
