Re: Fallout 4
Really doesn't feel like I'm going out too far, and they are the early missions, but some of them have been so one sided. One place I went into hard turrets and blokes with armour on all over the place. Managed after a few goes, but it should be this hard already surely? Went into the USAF satellite station now and someone has a weapon that kills me with a couple of shots.
Re: Fallout 4
After you reach about lvl20 it becomes pretty unchallenging apart from the odd thing or two, even deathclaws aren't as hard to beat.
After about lvl30 you're popping everyone's head in one shot in VATS.
I really enjoyed playing it but I did think it became a little easy too quick.

Re: Fallout 4
Yeah, all these games can get like that. Skyrim lost of lot for me when I had all the money I needed too. As I've completed about five quests though I thought there might be some easier options for me. One of the first ones you get is to travel to Diamond City, which seems miles away and will take you through all sorts, so I haven't bothered with that yet, but the ones around the start of the game seem rather hard. Takes me a while to remember to keep looking at armour and stuff though.

Re: Fallout 4
Oh, and how the fuck do you throw grenades in this games?
Re: Fallout 4
Make sure a grenade or Molotov or whatever is equipped, then hold r1 and release tbs tbs

Re: Fallout 4
Doesn't seem to equip them for some reason.
Re: Fallout 4
Go into your weapons menu and select frag grenades and there will be a dot next to them when they're equipped, just like whichever gun you have equipped.

Re: Fallout 4
Yeah I know that but it seems to keep the gun there even if I untick it
Re: Fallout 4
You can have grenades and a gun equipped at the same time. R2 fires the gun, hold r1 for a second to lob a grenade.

Re: Fallout 4
Did you finish this Rich? I'm going to get back into it this week. Got so far, but I doubt that I scratched the surface really. I'll be having a few late nights this week I reckon.
Re: Fallout 4
Yeah I did. It's sort of great but I had a couple of little grumbles with it. Still good though. At some point I'll go back and replay the ending differently and see what changes.
