Finally finished it. I don't think I've switched the PS3 on in two or three months.

Real slog finishing this game. A let down really. The settings alone were nowhere near as good as the other. There s was always at least one big building that made you think "I'm fucking climbing that" None of that in this. I suppose they tried to make things different with the tree climbing, but picking this era in history was a mistake in my mind.

Had to finish it to find out what really happens, but even that wasn't that clear. I take it he used to be Jesus, and would become that sort of fihure again, but instead of that, he destroyed the world, and set that woman free to do other evil stuff elsewhere. All a bit shoehorned in at the end that.

I don't really remember it now except I really just couldn't be arsed with it but felt like I had to for the sake of the story.

I think that Connor character was a prick, nowhere near as good as Ezio, which didn't help.

Ezio was brilliant. but I could have lived with Connor if the game play was better. Not enough roof climbing for me.

I thought this was meant to be the last one, but it turns out they'll be another for the PS4 by the looks of things. You're a pirate in it. I have no idea why.

Surely now the bitch is loose you'll be in the present day from now on instead of having to go back to the past?

Even though the campaign was meh when compared to Ezio's standards I do love the MP on Assasins creed games, so different and huge fun.

Picked it up on PS3 today for a tenner, mainly for the MP

Christ. Looks like the new one might be out this month unless I'm tripping. Let down by the last one, but this one looks pretty good. Don;t think it can hit the heights of the Ezio ones though, sadly. The settings in the first three games was perfect. Look out of place in the new ones.

I think the problem with the last one was that Conor was just a bit of an annoying whiny cunt.

They tried to pull on our heartstrings with the whole Navajo type thing which might have worked if he hadn't been such a moaning cunt.

I do wonder if the series has peaked with II and whichever one came after.

It'll be ages until I play it, but this new game, which seems to have come out really quickly, is getting top marks.

This is the first one I haven't got hold of pretty much straight away. I will play it at some point but like you say they do come out a bit quick.

Might pick this up tomorrow night. The reviews are great, which is good news as the last one wasn't all that.

Loading this up now. Looks like another big install, but it's going to be worth it. A lot more of the boat battles in this one, which was the one think I liked about the last one.

Hmmm, have to say it's not grabbing me so far. Even in the last one I quite enjoyed it at the start. I kept hearing how great the graphics were in this one, but so far it looks like a cheap copy of the other games. I'll keep going though.

Played it again last night. Still don't think it's as good as the reviews, but I haven't really scratched the surface yet. Got better since the boats came in.

Oh. I appear to have finished it.

I was just about to settle down to a long evening of it, a few cut scenes and it's all over.
