I did get a fair few the first couple of hours play, along with some terrible frame rate stuttering. But it does seem a lot smoother now. It's like it needed time to warm up or something.

I type that, and what happens? I get stuck in midair for five seconds and a guard spots me.

:icon_lol:

How far are you now? When I switched it off earlier I'd just got that phantom blade thingy and done the following mission where you meet the Marquis du Sade :icon_uhoh:

Despite playing this all afternoon, I'm only just starting sequence five. I must have been fucking about for hours.

Yeah, that was a bit weird. I didn't kn ow what I was doing for most of that mission. It says you have allies under attack, but I'm fucked if I knew who they were.

It does bug me a bit that when you start a side mission, like when I did the Madame Tussauds one, if you choose to accept and track the mission, it keeps the green objective markers up even if you bugger off and do something else. I went and did a main mission and I was in this big lovely looking ornate church and these green blobs woudn't leave the screen til I did the objectives.

But if you accept the mission without tracking it can be a bit hard to know what to do.

It was just those two missions in that area. I didn't really know what was going on. Might be my fault for not paying attention during cur scenes.

Must have sat down and played this for over nine hours yesterday. Not done that in a while. Enjoying it. Still don't think I've quite got to grips with everything you can do. Hitting L2 to fire off a quick shot was something I would be unaware of if it wasn't for one of those annoying message boxes that keep popping up on screen.

Bezerker darts have made a few side quests quite easy. I still find it strange that you can hit someone ten times with a sword and they don't die, but if you sneak up on the and stab them with a tiny dagger, it's game over for them.

I had dreams about this game last night.

I'm not sure which sequence, last thing I did yesterday was get that house/base you can renovate where you read letters from Whatsername and do training and all that. Ah there we go, sequence 5 memory 1

Oh the theatre. I got there early on. That's where you can do the Nostrodamus puzzle, but I'm fucked if I know where to begin with them. You'll also get the easiest trophy ever there.

Is that the balcony one? So pointless :icon_lol:

I've just done four Nostradamus puzzles. I just youtubed them, I can't be arsed fannying around with all that. They'd probably be easy later in the name when you're more familiar with the landmarks etc but at this point I just want the armour.

That's the one. I couldn't work out what I'd done.

I actually don't know where to start with those puzzles. I can't find the symbol for the mission I have.

Switched this on for the first time in a few days and its playing up. Three side missions are not working properly. Two of them are the murder mysteries and they're not showing me where I need to go on the map, or only a couple of the locations.

I was planning on playing this loads over the weekend but it didn't happen due to obvious reasons :picardfacepalm:

Gonna get stuck in after the footy, I'll report back if it's glitching out.

I wish it would stop telling me I've got unspent sync points.

Yep. That always covers the clues on the murder mysteries as well.

Played this for hours again yesterday. Had dreams about it again for fucks sake.

Quite far on with the actual story now. Don't want to finish it too quick, as I tend to lose interest in the side missions once I have. Did go back to Versailles, but there seems to be no point in it what so ever as there isn't a single mission there to do. Pointless.

I visited there the other day, just did the viewpoint sync then fucked off again, couldn't see any point to it either.

I can't see that there is. Not even a single side mission. Pointless. I suppose you might end up there through the story at some point, but it doesn't look like it.
