Yeah it knocks you out but you feel real spaced in the morning. Also you build up resistance pretty quick so it's only good for 2 or 3 nights.

I find a good exercise helps me sleep.No sleeping tablet will cure the problem really.I find wearing myself out is the only thing really, although I might be dead the forty.

I will take some Night Nurse if things get really bad though,because if I've not slept in four weeks, things start to go wobbly.Don;t take it when you have things to do the next day though, you'll be too tired.
