Been drinking every day since last Friday

And I'm going round a friends house to do it all over again today

Already arranged a pub crawl with my brother for next Saturday

Was really starting to get back into cycling and going round the gym a month or so back, and was feeling the benefitsm, so I've decided to take a month off the booze, which is something I've not managed in around six years I reckon. I think I can lose around two stone with ease in this time. Especially if I stay away from the crisp box we have at work. Chicken and pasta for lunch every day. Grilled slamon at night.

It's going to be so fucking boring.

It's this stuff. Not bad. Quite sweet, and tastes nothing like whiskey, but I quite like it. I thought it would be a lot more sour.

Managed one week. Have to say weekends are rather boring without booze. I went to bed at ten last night.

After a couple of weeks you really feel the benefit. Not that that’s happened for a while. I just try and lay off in the week and have a few at the weekend. Unless there’s footy on.

Just spent an hour and a half round the gym. really enjoyerd it. Now watching England lose, and I'm going to stick a game on. Feels good tbf.
