If it’s a poison why do they want more of it

If countries leave it wouldn’t be over the vaccine itself but over how the EU are handling things and the absolute show they are making of themselves (again)

None of the 27 are in discussions for leaving and won't be considering leaving because of this either

Don't forget, the country who pulled the plug on AZ is Norway who are not in the EU themselves

First Norway (non EU) then a number of individual EU states (inc Ireland) but not an EU ban

In short, politically motivated or not, it's not an EU motivated ban.

And countries aren't looking to leave because of it

Governments might not be, but some of the populations were pushing for it before Covid happened.

How do you know it’s not EU motivated? They seem to be flailing around desperately (see half way down page 102 in the news thread) - so it’s not a big stretch to think they might try the age old trick of devaluing the thing they they really want to bring the price down and/or make it less appealing to others that might want it.

I’m not saying they have def done this as I just don’t know. It just seems to me like something they would do. Specially as they are making such a balls up, they will want to save face. If it backfires though and countries death rates rise or at least stop falling because of it......

Me too. I'm very anxious about it, I don't want it personally but my mum keeps moaning at me to get it.

I'm not worried as such, but everyone at work that's had it, had it done over the weekend, and they all said they felt awful after. I'm having mine and going straight to work.

Half eight this morning and nothing. Barely felt the injection. The people at work that got ill said it took around eight hours, so that's long past.

The fact I had it and will have antibodies probably helps, but both my parents had the jab and were fine
