Re: Covid
Pubs opening on Saturday then. Fucking stupid day to do it, they'll be packed. Should do it on Monday and let people drift back in.
Have to say, I'll probably avoid them for a few weeks. They had some pubs on the news telling you how they were going to operate, and it looked shit.

Re: Covid
Back open here today
Yesterday I was in one of the bigger shopping centers in Dublin, there was markings on the floor, one way systems, all the jazz and no one paying a blind bit of notice
Shops have empty because all the shelving units have been removed to allow distancing - totally not worth it.
Today I had some training, today was the first day they reopened. Again floor markings, screens and shit.
The tutor spent the morning coughing and telling us he didn’t have corona.
In the afternoon the dirty cunt came back from lunch chewing gum, he then took the gum out of his mouth and was rolling and pulling it in his hands like a child with playdough and then handing out paperwork.
I’ve had to sanitize my hands, phones, laptop and car this afternoon

Re: Covid
Only eleven dead in the last 24 hours.
I really hope there isn't another outbreak in the winter. Some of these test results sound promising.

Re: Covid
Yeah, people were moaning that pubs were being opened, but gyms weren't. They've always been as bad as rats for spreading stuff.

Re: Covid
What masks do we have then?
I bought a pack of black ones online. Just tried one on and they seem too small for my face and made me realise how tired the skin looks around my eyes at the moment. Puts ten years on me.

Re: Covid
I have to wear disposable surgical masks in work which are given out free of charge
Which is handy, I’m well used to wearing them now

Re: Covid
I like the way face masks really bring out the tiredness in my eyes.
Going camping the weekend. Only about forty miles from where I live, but it will be so good just to get away for a couiple of days. Not left Kent this year.
Anyone else got anything planned? Looking at the campsite, every weekend is booked up for months, so I'm guessing everyone else is feeling the same way.
