Had the week off and, despite not drinking yesterday, I had a fucking terrible night sleep, and felt pretty shit all day as I'd been drinking since Saturday. Really shit.
So of course, I'm drinking tonight as it's still August. After that. It's getting knocked on the head as I'm pretty sure it's killing me.
Unless you're buying that is.

I'm pretty sure it's killing me.
I usually do sober September but this last month or so I've cut my drinking right back and feel much better for it. So I could do it but I'm sort of at a level where if I don't it won't bother me too much.
