Found out just before I left work that the new season has dropped. The reviews look positive.

I need to rewatch the first series, I remember enjoying it but barely anything else about it.

I can't fucking find it. Kodi is pissing me off these days.

As I can't find this, I stuck the first episode of Tin Star on. Pretty good. Don't know what's going on, but pretty good.

I stopped even thinking about Kodi a while back. Tin Star looks alright but I doubt I'll ever watch it for some reason.

Actually it appears I totally fucked up Tin Star, and I think I watched episode nine or something.

Yes. Loads of people died and what have you. I thought it was a bold start to the series.

Walking Dead has restarted, that'll do for a bit til Vikings

Four episodes in already. Long weekend came just at the right time, can hardly bring myself to stop. That title theme!
First new Walking Dead was good as well, but haven't really been invested in that since season 5.

If you liked the first season you'll be right back into this. It's nostalgia overload first and foremost again with direct 80's references all over each episode, but the story's also getting quite intriguing after the first couple of episodes. I love it.

The last season was like that too. Problem is, and I find it with a lot of movies etc.. is once the intrigue is gone, they run out of steam.

I didn't go in with a lot of expectation but with the surprise element of the first season gone I think they did a great job of pulling me back into it from the go. A lot of that is owed to the title theme tbf and all in all it's much of the same indeed, but I still find myself wanting to know where it's going and so far I'm satisfied.
You'll just have to decide for yourself I guess.
