Morning run in the country

First run I've done in a while, feel gr8 now, lovely morning for it. About 3.5 miles. Had to walk a bit a couple of times but that's to be expected after this long.

Feel justified in eating and drinking loads today as well

Time for a nice omelette and some posh black coffee
