The van had a punctured tyre this morning and the wrench I had was the wrong size so I left it outside work to look at it again when I got time, I start work only to realise I'd trod in dog shit and it was now all over my ladder
I finally get a wrench to take the wheel off and I see the jack that came with the van is 1000kg and the van is 1250kg, when I eventually get a 2tonne jack my spare is punctured too

I had a Subway about half ten this morning and a Chinese takeaway about 45 minutes ago.

On the plus side, I've walked about three miles and went round the gym.

Didn't do too well round there though as my guts wouldn't settle after the Subway.

Walked to work and back today. 16 miles overall in five hours. Energy wise it was a piece of piss. Blister wise is another matter all together.

This morning I had to get up early and do a 25 mile charity bike ride. We raised no funds wahtsoever.
