Despite getting utterly fucked on Saturday night, I thought the best thing to do would be to have a few cans yesterday, and ended up sinking ten again, just like last week. I've felt worse, but fuck me, I'm rough. So tired.

I know it's Tuesday, but I've over done it yet again. Spent most of last night awake and sweating. Might knock it on the head until after the walk next month. Got to put a lot more training in for that.

Fucking ages. About 28 hours I reckon.

I done a 22 mile walk about four weeks ago, which was really hilly. Hardest thing I've ever done. Luckily I don;t think the official walk will be anywhere near as hilly as that, but if it is, I quite simply won't be able to do it. I've been doing 15 mile walks for the last three Saturdays, and even they are pretty knackering.

Yeah, you get 30 hours to complete it, and there is a check point every ten miles, so you have to walk all day and night to complete it.
